Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for creating smooth and durable concrete surfaces for various construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in concrete mixing, finishing techniques, and the ability to read blueprints. Duties: - Prepare concrete mixtures using proper ratios and techniques - Pour and spread concrete to desired thickness and consistency - Use hand tools and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces - Apply finishing treatments such as sealing, coloring, or texturing - Repair damaged or uneven surfaces by patching or resurfacing - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role - Proficiency in concrete mixing and finishing techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Familiarity with various construction materials and tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Commercial driving experience is a plus) - Knowledge of construction estimating is desirable but not required We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
